Our complete banana chips making line finished factory testing, export‑grade packaging and container loading, and was shipped to Nigeria. This customized snack processing equipment will support the customer’s local fried banana‑chip snack manufacturing business.
Customer background and production demands
The buyer runs a local snack‑food workshop in Nigeria. Local fresh banana resources are abundant, and market demand for packaged crispy banana chips keeps rising.
The customer previously relied on manual processing, which brought low output and unstable product quality.
After market research and equipment comparison, she decided to import our banana chips making line to realize mechanized production of fried banana chips. She also required motor modification for some machines to fit a local 220V 50Hz single‑phase power supply.

Banana chips making line configuration & custom features
This banana chip production line includes a full set of processing machines; all food-contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel. Partial machines have motors adjusted to match Nigerian local power conditions:
- Banana cutting machine: 500kg/h capacity, adjustable slicing thickness from 2‑7 mm
- Gas‑heated frying machine with Italian Riello burner, built‑in stirring function
- Upper‑discharge deoiling machine for removing surface oil after frying
- Seasoning machine equipped with powder‑spraying device for flavor mixing
- Tipping‑bucket packing machine with nitrogen filling and date coding function for finished‑product sealing
The whole line covers slicing, frying, de‑oiling, seasoning and packaging, forming a complete workflow for fried banana‑chip production.

Communication and customization process
During early communication, the customer clearly put forward the requirement for single‑phase 220V 50Hz power. Our engineers completed motor modification for the cutting machine, deoiling machine and seasoning machine according to local power grid conditions.
We shared machine operation videos and detailed parameter documents. After confirming all customized items, the customer placed the formal order.
Export packaging and shipment scene
All machines passed factory running inspection before delivery. We wrapped the main units in multi‑layer waterproof, shock‑proof film. Key components were packed into solid export wooden cases.
All banana chips making line equipment was firmly fixed inside the shipping container to avoid damage during long‑sea transportation. The full loading process was photographed for the customer’s reference.
