The buyer is a local snack processing enterprise. The company supplies potato chips and crispy snacks to local supermarkets, convenience stores, and street vendors across Burundi.<\/p>

With surging market demand for packaged crispy potato chips, the customer decided to build a standardized small processing plant. After comparing multiple suppliers, they customized our complete potato chips production line with full supporting auxiliary machines to realize full automatic production from raw potato washing to finished sealed snacks.<\/p>

  2. Processing equipment: electric blanching machine, dewatering machine, constant temperature frying machine, de-oiling machine, cooling conveyor, seasoning tumbler<\/li>
  3. Finishing & packaging unit: tilting bucket packing machine with date coding and nitrogen filling function, matched PSA nitrogen generator set<\/li>
  4. Complete spare parts: replacement brushes, various cutting blades, heating tubes, frying baskets, bag formers, inkjet printers, ink cartridges, and nitrogen packaging films<\/li> <\/ol>

    All main processing machines were wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and anti-collision protective film. Fragile spare parts, blades, inkjet devices, and packaging films were sorted and packed into independent export wooden cases and cartons.<\/p>
