The customer is a growing food-processing and snack-manufacturing enterprise in Palestine, specializing in producing and selling fresh and frozen potato products.

Equipment packaging and shipment scene
Every machine was wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and shock-resistant materials. Accessories and spare parts were packed in separate, clearly labeled cases.
At the loading site, all units were carefully hoisted and secured inside the container to prevent collisions or damage during long-distance sea transport.
After-sales service and technical support
