With surging market demand for packaged crispy potato chips, the customer decided to build a standardized small processing plant. This small automatic potato chips production line adopts full food-grade SUS304 stainless steel for all material contact parts, covering the whole potato chip processing workflow:
- Pre-treatment equipment: potato washing peeling machine, adjustable potato slicer, multi-functional vegetable cutter for different chip shapes
- Processing equipment: electric blanching machine, dewatering machine, constant temperature frying machine, de-oiling machine, cooling conveyor, seasoning tumbler
- Finishing & packaging unit: tilting bucket packing machine with date coding and nitrogen filling function, matched PSA nitrogen generator set
- Complete spare parts: replacement brushes, various cutting blades, heating tubes, frying baskets, bag formers, inkjet printers, ink cartridges, and nitrogen packaging films
All machines feature compact size, easy operation and low energy consumption, perfectly matching small-scale local factory production conditions.
Machine packaging & loading shipment scene
All main processing machines were wrapped with waterproof, dust-proof, and anti-collision protective film. Fragile spare parts, blades, inkjet devices, and packaging films were sorted and packed into independent export wooden cases and cartons.
We provide detailed English operation manuals, remote one-on-one installation and commissioning guidance, as well as long-term stable spare parts supply service.
