french fries production line for sale

At the end of last month, our factory successfully delivered a full set of advanced continuous potato chip production line, including some supporting parts, to an emerging snack brand in Faroe Islands.

Customer background information

The Faroe Islands, an island country located in the North Atlantic Ocean, are famous for their high-quality agricultural resources and pristine natural environment.

The customer who purchased the production line is a local, emerging snack brand that focuses on creating natural, healthy, and unique flavor potato chips. Relying on the island’s high-quality potato plantation base, the brand quickly gained popularity in the local market.

Customer needs and reasons for purchase

In order to address the lack of production capacity and improve product consistency, the customer decided to invest in a continuous potato chip production line that is highly automated, low energy consumption, and easy to maintain. Their goals included:

  1. Significantly increase capacity to cope with growing orders.
  2. Ensure consistent product quality, especially in key areas such as slice thickness, frying temperature and taste control.
  3. Supporting diversified products and adapting to different flavors (e.g., original, spicy, herbal) and sizes of potato chips production.
  4. Shorten the processing time from raw material to finished product, and improve the market response speed.
  5. Customers also particularly emphasize the simplicity of the equipment in operation and the maintenance cost in long-term use.

Introduction of continuous potato chip production line

This delivery of a complete potato chip production line covers:

  • Slicer: to quickly cut potatoes into uniformly thin slices.
  • Blanching machine: removes excess starch and improves the taste of frying.
  • Dewatering machine and degreasing machine: reduce the oil content and improve the crispiness of potato chips.
  • Continuous frying machine: precise temperature control to ensure the uniformity of taste.
  • Seasoning machine: can flexibly mix a variety of flavors.
  • Packaging system: including an automatic packaging machine and molding machine, suitable for a variety of bag types and packaging weight.

Project achievements and prospects

The introduction of this set of continuous potato chip production lines not only significantly improves the customer’s production efficiency but also enhances its competitiveness in the Faroe Islands and even the neighboring markets.

After the stable operation of the equipment, it is expected that the overall production capacity will be increased by more than 3 times, and the qualification rate of a single batch of products will reach more than 98%.

The customer is also planning to launch more health-oriented leisure food products, such as low-salt and low-oil potato chips and plant-based snacks, to enter the broader European market in the future.
