The customer, based in Kenya, is a local food processing enterprise specializing in potato processing and snack production. They sought to establish a complete automated potato chip line covering the entire process—from raw material washing, slicing, blanching, and frying to oil draining, seasoning, and packaging—to meet stable supply demands from snack suppliers and the retail market.
The client’s core objectives are to enhance production efficiency, ensure product consistency, and reduce labor intensity.
Automated potato chip line shipping arrangements
Following preliminary discussions and requirements analysis, we provided the client with a complete potato chip production line, including a potato washer and peeler, slicer, blanching and frying machine, deoiler, and vacuum packaging machine. After production and commissioning, the equipment was packaged and shipped as scheduled.
During shipping, each piece of equipment underwent reinforced packaging and secure fastening to guarantee safe transit. The equipment is currently en route to Kenya, where the client can directly integrate it into their existing production facility for immediate use.

This potato chip production line delivery will enable the client to rapidly establish a standardized production system, increase chip output and processing efficiency, and reduce production costs.
